The Fertility Care Container

You don’t need more information. You need a guide.

Personalized fertility care, not passive education. Most women trying to conceive over 35 have already done the research. What is missing is not more information. It is a real workup of both partners, and someone to tell you what actually applies to your body.

Dr. Laurie Terzo, board-certified fertility doctor

If you are reading this, you have probably already

  • Researched fertility late at night
  • Typed your symptoms into AI
  • Tracked cycle, temp, and mucus
  • Cleaned up your diet
  • Cleaned up the products you use
  • Read every study you could find
  • Read the books and listened to the podcasts
  • Tried a supplement stack that is not working

You have probably been told your eggs are old or bad. That IVF or a donor egg is your only real option. That there is not much more you can do.

What you almost certainly have not had is a full workup of both partners, labs included, to find out what is actually going on.

You are tired. You are scared the window is closing. And you wonder if there is something everyone is missing.

There usually is.

What this is

A care container, not a program

• • •

This is not a course you take on your own. It is a care container. You have a natural fertility specialist guiding you at every step. Both bodies are worked up. Your plan is adjusted as your body responds. Whether you are trying naturally or preparing for IUI or IVF, the foundation is the same. Both bodies need to be ready.

“My doctor said the only way we could get pregnant was IVF. After 5 years of trying, I was losing hope. After 3 months, we just found out we’re pregnant.”

Ginny M.

How this works

You get a guide, not just a protocol

Most fertility programs hand you generic information and send you on your way. This is different. I am with you the whole way through.

  • Support from Dr. Laurie every step of the way
  • A personalized strategy built for your body
  • Active oversight, so nothing important is missed and nothing unnecessary is added
  • Your labs read for optimal fertility, not just in range
  • Adjustments as you go, because your body responds and we respond with it

What we address

We prepare both partners

Whether you conceive naturally, through IUI, or through IVF matters less than one thing. Both bodies are ready when it happens.

Egg Quality

Mitochondrial function, antioxidant status, inflammation, and microcirculation. The factors that determine whether eggs fertilize and develop.

Sperm Quality

DNA fragmentation, motility, morphology, oxidative stress. Male factor is 50% of the equation.

Hormones

Thyroid optimized for conception, progesterone support, estrogen metabolism, cortisol and stress hormones.

Metabolic Health

Blood sugar regulation, insulin sensitivity, inflammation markers, lipid balance.

Gut & Immune

Digestion, nutrient absorption, the microbiome, and immune balance.

Uterine Environment

Endometrial lining quality, blood flow, implantation factors, inflammation.

Why preparation matters more than method

The difference is not luck. It is investigation.

A standard workup asks a few yes-or-no questions. We look for what is actually driving it, then build a plan to optimize every part of your fertility, in the shortest time possible.

Standard workups check

  • Are you ovulating?
  • Are the tubes open?
  • Is sperm count adequate?

We investigate, then optimize

  • Inflammation driving egg and sperm decline, in both partners
  • Hormones balanced and working together
  • Thyroid optimized for conception
  • Gut function and nutrient status corrected
  • Immune patterns that block implantation
  • Blood sugar and metabolic health steadied

Age is just a number. Biological age is what matters, and that is modifiable.

The process

What working together looks like

Over 3 to 5 months, together.

1

Comprehensive case review

I go through your full fertility history, health history, cycles, and prior labs in detail. We find the gaps in your current approach and order any testing your case needs.

2

Your personalized strategy

Your plan is built for your body, based on your labs, symptoms, and goals. The order and emphasis depend entirely on what your body reveals.

3

Implement and refine

Weekly oversight for questions and real-time adjustments when needed. Your labs interpreted as they come in. Your plan evolves as your body responds. You are never left wondering if it is working, or what your next step should be.

Results

Women who were told it wasn’t possible

• • •

“After 7 years and 2 failed IVFs, my doctor told me it was impossible with my own eggs. After six months working together, I gave birth to a healthy baby boy at 40.”

Joanne W.

“At 41, after two failed IVF cycles and diminished ovarian reserve, my doctor told me I needed a donor egg. I got pregnant naturally after just 3 months. I now have a healthy baby boy.”

Jennifer K.

“Over 12 weeks my painful cycles and emotional ups and downs improved so much, and then I became pregnant, after 4.5 years of trying on our own.”

Sruti M.

“Six years trying and 3 miscarriages. Dr. Terzo gave me a plan to prepare my body and balance my hormones. I gave birth to a healthy baby girl at 40.”

Who this is for

The situations I help with

If any of these sound like you, you are in the right place. This work is built for women and couples over 35 who want real answers, not just another cycle.

PMOS / PCOS POI or diminished ovarian reserve Low AMH or high FSH Unexplained infertility Secondary infertility Recurrent miscarriage Immune-related infertility Endometriosis Fibroids Irregular or absent cycles Thyroid or hormone imbalance Failed IUI or IVF Male factor Over 35 and trying to conceive

The Investment

About the cost of one IUI. A fraction of one IVF.

Here is what surprises most people. The Fertility Care Container costs about the same as a single IUI, and a small fraction of one round of IVF. The difference is what you actually get. IUI and IVF can be powerful. But I never recommend rushing into them without first doing a real workup of both partners and preparing both bodies. That preparation is what improves your odds, whether you go on to conceive naturally, with IUI, or with IVF.

Best value

The Fertility Care Container

$2,097or 3 payments of $749

Whole-body, root-cause preparation for both partners. We work to optimize egg quality, sperm quality, hormones, and the uterine environment where an embryo implants and grows. These are the foundations of a healthy pregnancy, not just a positive test. Your labs are read for optimal. Your plan adjusts as your body responds, with my direct support at every step.

One IUI cycle

Up to $2,000per cycle, often repeated

Places sperm closer to the egg. It does not look at why conception has not happened. On its own, it does nothing to improve egg quality, sperm quality, or the uterine environment an embryo needs. Those are the things that support a healthy pregnancy.

One IVF cycle

$15,000 to $30,000per cycle, often more than one

On its own, IVF does not address egg quality, sperm quality, or the uterine environment an embryo needs. It works far better when the body is prepared first. Some spend $80,000 on repeated cycles before that preparation ever happens.

Pay in full, or split into 3 payments of $749. Other options are available too. Klarna and Affirm can break it into small monthly payments, with 0% and terms up to 36 months for those who qualify. HSA and FSA funds typically cover it. Just confirm with your plan administrator.

Questions

Frequently asked

• • •

How is this different from my OB or fertility doctor?

They are essential, and I work alongside them, not instead of them. They diagnose structural issues and provide assisted reproductive technology. I investigate the underlying physiology conventional testing often misses: inflammation, hormone metabolism, gut function, nutrient status, and immune patterns. If you are working with a conventional fertility doctor, I work alongside them when needed.

How is this different from other fertility programs online?

Most programs are content delivery. You buy a course and implement it alone. Here you get both. A deep library of educational modules, and personalized clinical care. Your case reviewed, your protocol built for your body, your labs interpreted, and adjusted as you go.

Will insurance cover this?

I do not bill insurance. That said, most HSA and FSA accounts will cover it. Just confirm the details with your plan administrator.

Can I work with you if I am not in the US?

Yes. I work with women and couples around the world. All sessions are virtual, and I coordinate specialized testing internationally when your case calls for it.
